Check-in / Check-out
In our hotel you can check in as early as 4 pm.
On the day of departure, we must ask you to vacate your room by 10 am.
Local tax
The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax of € 3,00 will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
Booking and cancellation policy
At moment of booking we require a deposit of 30%
for a stay of 3 days or less 60%
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Cancellation until 45 days prior the day of arrival: you can use your deposit for your next holiday within 1 year (not transferable)
Cancellation from 44 until 15 days prior the day of arrival: only the deposit will be retained
Cancellation from 14 until 8 days prior the day of arrival: 80 % of the agreed total price
Cancellation from 8 until 1 days prior the day of arrival: 90 % ot the agreed total price
In case of No-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the agreed total price
We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance
