A great number of various tracks assure you that every day will be a new challenge for you. The same counts also for professionals, because it was the Val Pusteria that gave birth to biathletes Nathalie Santer and Dorothea Wierer, and it is here that international World Cup races and World Championships (2007+2020) take place. For example, the champion Ole Einar Bjørndalen has appreciated much the quality of local ski tracks.
Most of them are certified by the FIS and supplemented with modern and functional reception centers.

In only 15 minutes by car you can reach the cross-country skiing and biathlon centre “Südtirol Arena” in the Valle Anterselva/Antholzertal, which is also world-famous as a venue of the Biathlon World Cup. Here you can take part in biathlon courses offered by the Ski School Anterselva and learn how to use the biathlon rifle correctly.
You can really enjoy cross-country skiing on the Prato Piazza/Plätzwiese run above Braies in the middle of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park. In addition to perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails, an indescribably magical winter landscape and a dreamlike view of some of the most beautiful Dolomite peaks await you.
