Olang is situated in the very heart of the Val Pusteria, at about 1000 meters above the sea level. The four villages of Valdaora (Valdaora di Sopra, Valdaora di Mezzo, Valdaora di Sotto and Sorafurcia) invites you to linger.
While Valdaora di Sopra, Valdaora di Mezzo and Valdaora di Sotto are situated in the middle of meadows and fields, Geiselsberg is located on the mountain of Kronplatz / Plan de Corones.
Dolomites - Nature Park - Vedrette di Gries Group

Excursion to Lake Braies:
probably the most beautiful lake in the Dolomites. It's fascinating, especially during summer months, when it reflects all shades from blue to green. This excursion is perhaps one of the most difficult ones, but it offers an incredible panorama. No wonder that several tour guides define Lake Braies as the pearl of the lakes of the Dolomites.
3 Cime / 3 Zinnen tour:
This tour around the most famous peaks in South Tyrol - the Three Peaks – is suitable also for beginners. Along the way, there is a slightly exposed point but good walking shoes will be sufficient to overcome it.
Val Casies:
the Gsiesertal, a really beautiful place in Alta Pusteria, is sunny and peaceful even during high season, and represents the ideal starting point for hikers. Besides hiking and trekking opportunities, even mountain bikers will be satisfied. Discover breathtaking tours through quiet forests and green meadows. A classic: the "Roman Road" will give unforgettable emotions to cyclists as well as motorcyclists.
